Government Assistance

In addition to our basic service, Pelican Broadband offers assistance through Federal Lifeline program for those who qualify. Pelican Broadband is not responsible for determining who qualifies for or who will receive assistance. Customers must meet specific, pre-determined regulations in order to obtain local telephone assistance through Pelican Broadband. Qualifying is wholly dependent upon these guidelines. Customers must fill out standard forms, as required by law, to find out whether they qualify for assistance. Lifeline Service

Do you currently receive assistance from the federal or state government? If you do, you may qualify for a monthly credit of up to $9.25 on your local telephone bill through the United States Government Lifeline Program. To qualify for the program, you must be currently participating in one of the following programs:

If you believe you qualify for this assistance on your telephone service, please come by our office and sign a certification form.
